Refund & Cancellation Policy
How monthly and annual PayPal subscription cancellation, refunds, and disputes work.
Canceling
You may cancel from Account & Billing. Cancellation prevents renewal. Monthly access remains until the current paid period ends; annual access remains until the paid annual end date and continues to receive 80 generations each monthly anniversary.
Refund requests
Contact support with your account and PayPal transaction details. Eligibility depends on applicable law, duplicate charges, service failure, and usage already received. Approval is not automatic.
Refunds and disputes
When a refund, payment reversal, or dispute is resolved against the payment, future paid allowance stops. We may preserve transaction records needed for financial and fraud obligations.
Failed generations
A failed, safety-blocked, timed-out, or canceled generation releases its reserved allowance automatically; it does not require a payment refund.
