Rules for using the Photo to Action Figure website and subscriptions.
Service
The service creates digital AI images and does not manufacture or ship physical toys. Generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to reproduce every detail.
Your content
You must have the right to upload each photo. You keep your rights in uploaded content and grant us the limited permission needed to process, store, and deliver your request.
Plans and allowance
Free accounts receive 3 lifetime successful generations. Monthly and annual Pro plans receive 80 successful generations per monthly window. Unused allowance does not roll over.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, explicit, exploitative, infringing, or identity-harming content, or to bypass access and usage controls.
Availability
We may update models, styles, limits, or providers to improve safety, quality, cost, or reliability. Material plan changes will be communicated where required.
