Turning a photo into an action figure works best when you treat the source image like a character reference. The AI needs a clear view of the subject, while you decide what kind of collectible the finished image should resemble.
1. Choose one clear subject
Use a photo containing one person or one pet. A front-facing or slightly angled pose usually gives the model the clearest information about the face, hair, clothing, and accessories. Avoid group photos, heavy motion blur, and images where hands or the face are hidden.
You do not need a studio portrait. A phone photo in soft daylight is often enough. Leave a little space around the subject so you can adjust the crop without cutting off important details.
2. Crop for the figure you want
A portrait crop emphasizes the face and upper body. A wider crop gives the model more information about the outfit, shoes, and pose. Use the 4:5 ratio for a classic package composition or 1:1 for a compact social post.
Position the subject near the center. If you want the final package to include recognizable shoes or a full outfit, make sure those details remain inside the crop.
3. Pick a collectible style
The package style changes the story of the result:
- Classic Blister feels like a traditional retail toy.
- Collector Box creates a premium display-piece look.
- Blind Box Chibi produces a cute, compact character.
- Retro Carded adds nostalgic graphic energy.
- Mecha Armor turns the subject into a sci-fi figure.
- Cyberpunk Neon uses darker materials and glowing accents.
Browse the original examples before choosing. The same source photo can feel completely different in each style.
4. Add only useful details
Optional details should describe one or two visual ideas, such as “include a camera and orange sneakers” or “use blue and silver accents.” Avoid writing a long scene description. The source photo and selected style already provide most of the direction.
5. Review, restyle, and download
Check whether the face or pet markings remain recognizable, the body looks complete, and the result actually reads as a packaged action figure. If the identity is strong but the mood is wrong, use Try Another Style instead of changing everything at once.
When you are ready, upload a photo and create your action figure. Your original stays private and is scheduled for deletion after seven days.
